The one task of the project is to create the new learning methods, education tools for teachers and to integrate them in lessons in order to improve the communication between Millennials, Post-Millennials and teachers, employers. The teachers biggest challenge is an effective use of the new methods in the learning process with students from these younger generations. It has now become an integral part of teachers job to keep up with the new teaching methods, education tools including ICT tools into the learning process. It is important to make learning exciting for learners with interactive activities and ICT use in the learning process. Doing so will require them to use technology while simultaneously fostering an active learning environment and staying updated on the modern learning approaches.

Every participating organization conducted survey in their country, after that the survey results were analyzed and compared among the partner countries. All partners discussed and presented results for teachers in schools to help them design methods and educational tools for teachers. There were 100-150 respondents from students and 30-50 respondents from teachers from each country. The surveys were used to identify the teacher and student needs concerning the teaching methodology.

According with the objective of the project, 44 teaching and learning methods were created by trained teachers. After the creation of the teaching and learning methods, the next task was to test the created methods and to get a feedback from the students and teachers. In the previous Transnational project partner meeting in Bulgaria all project partners had chosen 11 methods to test. All methods were approbated on December, 2019 and on January, 2020.
